Milwaukee 2786-22HD M18 FUEL Brushless Cordless 9-Inch Cut-Off Saw with ONE-KEY 12.0Ah Kit

Description

The Milwaukee M18 FUEL cut-off saw delivers cordless cutting performance for construction professionals, concrete contractors, and metalworkers. Model 2786-22HD combines an 18V brushless motor with a 9-inch blade and integrated ONE-KEY technology. This kit includes two 12.0Ah batteries and a rapid charger, giving professionals a convenient setup for demanding cutting tasks on the jobsite.

Powerful Cutting Without Gas

The Milwaukee M18 FUEL cut-off saw handles reinforced concrete, masonry, metal, and other compatible materials with the correct cutting wheel. Its brushless motor reaches up to 6,600 RPM, providing the cutting speed needed for many construction and demolition applications. The cordless design removes the need for gasoline, fuel mixing, and traditional gas-engine maintenance.

Milwaukee reports that this saw can be up to 50% lighter than comparable gas-powered demo saws. Its bare-tool weight is approximately 10.6 pounds, helping improve portability between cutting locations. Actual cutting performance depends on the material, wheel selection, battery condition, and operating technique.

9-Inch Blade and Cutting Capacity

The saw accepts compatible 9-inch cutting wheels with a 7/8-inch arbor. Milwaukee lists a maximum cutting depth of 3.4 inches, making the tool suitable for many concrete, masonry, and metal cutting tasks. Always select a wheel rated for the material and operating speed, and inspect it before installation.

A fully adjustable guard helps position the cutting area for different applications. The integrated quick-connect water connection supports wet cutting when the application and wheel permit it. Water delivery can help control dust during suitable masonry and concrete cutting operations. Follow the operator’s manual and site requirements for water use, electrical safety, and slurry management.

RAPIDSTOP and ONE-KEY Technology

The integrated RAPIDSTOP blade brake helps stop the wheel quickly after releasing the trigger. A load indicator light provides feedback during operation, helping users manage cutting pressure. These features support greater control, but they do not replace safe handling or proper personal protective equipment.

ONE-KEY technology lets users connect the tool to a compatible smartphone for tracking and management. This feature can help contractors organize equipment across teams and jobsites. Check device compatibility and app availability before relying on digital tracking features.
