Description
The Milwaukee PACKOUT XL tool box and dolly bundle provides a practical storage and transport solution for contractors, tradespeople, and workshop professionals. This combination brings together a large-capacity tool box and a mobile dolly, helping you organize equipment and move supplies around busy jobsites. Its modular design also supports integration with compatible Milwaukee PACKOUT storage components.
Durable Storage for Demanding Jobsites
The Milwaukee PACKOUT XL tool box features impact-resistant polymer construction and metal-reinforced corners. These design elements help the box withstand demanding jobsite conditions. An IP65-rated weather seal helps protect stored tools from rain and jobsite debris when the box is properly closed and latched.
The XL box offers a 100-pound weight capacity, giving you room for compatible power tools, hand tools, and larger accessories. An interior organization tray helps separate smaller equipment from bulkier items. Heavy-duty latches and reinforced hinges support regular opening and closing, while the reinforced locking point provides a place to secure the box with a compatible lock.
Modular Design for Flexible Organization
The PACKOUT system lets users connect compatible storage products into a customized stack. You can combine the XL tool box with other PACKOUT organizers, tool boxes, and storage solutions to suit your workflow. This modular approach helps keep equipment grouped by task, trade, or project.
The XL box also includes a mounting location for the ONE-KEY TICK asset tracking device. Check compatibility and device availability before adding tracking accessories. Keep heavier equipment securely positioned inside the box, and close the lid before moving the loaded system.
Dolly Cart for Easier Transportation
The included Milwaukee PACKOUT dolly helps move compatible storage boxes across workshops and jobsites. Its impact-resistant polymer construction supports regular professional use, while smooth-rolling wheels make it easier to transport a loaded stack. Locking casters help keep the dolly stationary when parked.
The dolly supports up to 250 pounds, according to Milwaukee’s published specifications. A QUICKSTOP loading lever helps control the dolly during loading and unloading. Always distribute weight evenly, stay within the stated capacity, and check that connected storage components lock securely before moving them.
This mobile setup can reduce repeated trips between a vehicle, storage area, and work location. It suits electricians, plumbers, installers, maintenance crews, and other professionals who regularly transport tools and accessories.
