Description
The M18 FUEL dual bevel miter saw gives carpenters and remodelers a solution for making crosscuts, miters, and bevel cuts on suitable wood materials. This 18V cordless saw combines a brushless motor with a 7-1/4-inch blade and sliding compound design. It suits trim installation, framing, flooring, and other jobs requiring angled cuts.
Cordless Cutting with Flexible Angles
Milwaukee designed model 2733-20 for professionals who need cutting capacity without a corded power source. Its POWERSTATE brushless motor works with the M18 REDLITHIUM battery platform. The manufacturer reports more than 600 cuts per charge when using an M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 battery under its stated test conditions. Actual runtime varies with the material, blade, battery condition, and cutting technique.
The sliding rail system helps the saw cut wider boards than a basic non-sliding miter saw. At 90 degrees, the published horizontal capacity reaches 2-by-8 lumber. The saw also offers a vertical cutting capacity of 3-1/2 inches against the fence. Check the material dimensions and cutting angle before each cut to confirm that the workpiece fits safely.
Dual Bevel and Clear Cut-Line Guidance
Dual-bevel functionality lets you tilt the blade to either side, reducing the need to turn over or reposition the workpiece for opposing bevel cuts. Milwaukee lists bevel stops at 45 and 48 degrees. The cam-locking miter detent system helps set common miter angles, while the shadow cut-line indicator shows the blade’s intended path on the material.
Integrated top and side carry handles make transportation easier between the workshop and jobsite. At approximately 28 pounds with a battery, the saw balances portability with a stable cutting platform.

Applications and Safe Operation
This saw can support trim work, framing, and woodworking tasks that require crosscuts, miters, or bevels. Choose a blade suitable for the material, keep the workpiece firmly against the fence, and allow the blade to reach operating speed before cutting. Do not cut materials beyond the published capacity.
Wear eye and hearing protection, keep hands clear of the blade path, and wait for the blade to stop before raising the saw head or removing offcuts. Read the operator’s manual and follow all safety instructions. For specifications, visit the official Milwaukee Tool product page. Find documentation through Milwaukee support, and review OSHA construction safety guidance.
