Description
- The Milwaukee 2967-22GG combo kit brings together a high-torque cordless impact wrench and a two-speed grease gun for automotive service, equipment maintenance, and heavy-duty mechanical work. Designed for mechanics, fleet technicians, and professional tradespeople, this M18 FUEL package combines powerful fastening performance with convenient lubrication equipment. Its cordless design helps you move between work areas without managing air hoses or extension cords.
Features of the Milwaukee 2967-22GG Combo Kit
The kit includes the Milwaukee M18 FUEL 1/2-inch high-torque impact wrench, model 2967-20, with a friction ring anvil. Its POWERSTATE brushless motor delivers up to 1,100 ft-lb of fastening torque and 1,500 ft-lb of nut-busting torque when paired with the specified M18 XC5.0 battery. These performance figures make it suitable for demanding fastener removal and installation tasks when the fastener and application permit impact wrench use.
The compact 7.6-inch tool length helps you reach fasteners in restricted spaces around vehicles and equipment. A friction ring supports quick, tool-free socket changes, while the patented battery isolation system helps maintain a secure connection during operation. Three LEDs around the anvil illuminate the work area and reduce shadows when visibility is limited.
Four-Mode Drive Control
The impact wrench features four DRIVE CONTROL modes to help you adjust speed and power for different tasks. Mode 4 includes AUTO SHUTOFF control, which limits applied torque to no more than 50 ft-lb for suitable hand-tightening applications. Bolt Removal Control delivers high breakaway power, then reduces speed after loosening to help prevent fasteners from dropping.
These electronic controls support more deliberate operation, but they do not replace a calibrated torque wrench when a vehicle or equipment manufacturer specifies an exact final torque. Always follow the relevant service manual.
M18 Two-Speed Grease Gun
The included Milwaukee M18 cordless grease gun, model 2646-20, supports routine lubrication of compatible machinery, bearings, joints, and equipment fittings. Its two-speed design helps users choose an appropriate operating rate for the lubrication task. Using a cordless grease gun can make regular maintenance more convenient in workshops, garages, agricultural settings, and equipment service areas.
Select the correct grease for the equipment and follow the manufacturer’s lubrication schedule. Clean fittings before connecting the coupler, and avoid overgreasing components that require a specified quantity or pressure.
Batteries and Package Contents
The Milwaukee 2967-22GG kit includes:
- One M18 FUEL 1/2-inch high-torque impact wrench (2967-20)
- One M18 two-speed grease gun (2646-20)
- One M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 resistant battery
- One M18 REDLITHIUM CP2.0 battery
- One M18 and M12 multi-voltage charger
- One contractor bag
The XC5.0 resistant battery provides increased protection against oils, greases, and solvents. Both tools belong to Milwaukee’s M18 battery platform, although battery runtime depends on workload and operating conditions.

Safe Operation and Ordering
Wear eye protection, use impact-rated sockets with the wrench, and secure the vehicle or equipment before working. Keep hands clear of moving components, and disconnect the battery before maintenance. When lubricating machinery, follow the equipment manual and use suitable grease and fittings.
