Description
The Milwaukee M18 wet dry vacuum provides portable cleanup for contractors, mechanics, electricians, workshop users, and homeowners who need a compact solution for everyday messes. Model 0880-20 combines cordless convenience with wet and dry pickup capability, helping you clean vehicle interiors, workbenches, renovation areas, and other suitable surfaces without moving a full-size shop vacuum. Its compact design also makes transport and storage easier between jobs.
Features of the Milwaukee M18 Wet Dry Vacuum
This vacuum has a 2-gallon collection capacity and delivers 45 cubic feet per minute (CFM) of airflow with 32 inches of water lift. These specifications support cleanup tasks involving common workshop debris, sawdust, loose dirt, and compatible liquid spills. Its high-performance motor provides suction for wet and dry applications, making the vacuum useful for quick cleanup jobs around the home, garage, or jobsite.
The vacuum runs on Milwaukee’s M18 18V battery platform, allowing users with compatible batteries to work without a power cord. Milwaukee reports more than 30 minutes of cleanup time when using an M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH DEMAND 9.0Ah battery pack. Actual runtime varies with battery capacity, debris type, filter condition, and how the vacuum is used.
HEPA Filtration and Organized Storage
The included HEPA filter supports fine-particle collection during appropriate dry-vacuuming applications. Follow the operator’s manual when switching between wet and dry pickup, and make sure the filter and tank are configured correctly for the task. Never operate the vacuum without the required filter and tank components installed.
The stackable toolbox-style body includes onboard storage for the hose and accessories, helping keep everything together during transport. A built-in blower port adds flexibility for suitable blowing tasks, while the 1-1/4-inch hose connection accommodates compatible accessories. These features make the vacuum a practical option for mobile maintenance and small cleanup jobs.

Suitable Applications and Safe Operation
Use the vacuum for suitable wet or dry cleanup in garages, vehicles, workshops, and renovation areas. Check the manual before vacuuming liquids, and empty and clean the tank as directed after wet pickup. Do not use the vacuum to collect flammable liquids, hot ashes, or hazardous substances unless the manufacturer specifically permits that application.
Keep the filter clean and inspect the hose, tank, and battery compartment regularly. Remove the battery before maintenance, and protect the tool from excessive moisture. Wear appropriate protection when collecting dusty debris, particularly when the material may contain harmful particles. A HEPA filter does not make every hazardous-dust application safe; follow the applicable safety requirements.
Choose the Milwaukee M18 wet dry vacuum when you need a portable cleaner for routine maintenance and compact cleanup jobs. Its 2-gallon capacity, onboard storage, blower port, and cordless battery platform offer practical versatility without the bulk of a larger shop vacuum.
