Description
The DEWALT FLEXVOLT 60V MAX table saw kit is designed for woodworkers, remodelers, and contractors who need accurate rip cuts at jobsites without relying on a corded power source. Model DCS7485T1 combines an 8-1/4-inch blade with a cordless FLEXVOLT platform, a rack-and-pinion fence, and practical onboard storage. It is suitable for cutting common sheet goods and dimensional lumber when the material and blade match the task.
Key Features of the DEWALT FLEXVOLT 60V MAX Table Saw Kit
A brushless motor powers the saw, while the 60V MAX FLEXVOLT battery system supports portable use around a workshop, renovation site, or outdoor project. The saw reaches a no-load speed of up to 5,800 RPM and offers a 24-inch rip capacity to the right of the blade. That capacity helps you rip standard 4-by-8-foot plywood or oriented strand board sheets with a suitable support setup.
The rack-and-pinion telescoping fence rails make adjustments smooth and help keep the fence aligned. A coated table surface reduces friction as material moves across the top, while the metal roll-cage base helps protect the saw during jobsite transport. Onboard storage keeps the fence, guard, wrenches, and miter gauge close at hand, reducing the chance of misplacing essential components between tasks.
Guarding and Restart Protection
The Site-Pro modular guarding system allows tool-free adjustment of the blade guard components. A power-loss reset feature helps prevent the saw from restarting unexpectedly after a power interruption if the switch remains on. These features support safer operation, but they do not replace careful setup, proper training, or the operator’s manual. Keep the blade guard and riving knife installed for the operations where the manual requires them.

Safe Setup and Operation
Place the saw on a stable, level surface and support large panels before cutting. Wear eye and hearing protection, keep hands clear of the blade path, and use the push stick when appropriate. Disconnect the battery before changing the blade, clearing debris, or making adjustments. Follow the instruction manual for blade alignment, guard installation, and safe cutting technique.
Choose the DEWALT FLEXVOLT 60V MAX table saw kit when you need portable rip-cutting capacity for cabinetry, shelving, renovation, or general woodworking. Before purchasing, confirm that the 8-1/4-inch blade and 24-inch rip capacity suit your typical material sizes, and plan for safe support of long or heavy sheets.
Visit Prime Edge Tool Kits to review the DCS7485T1 listing, check the included battery and charger, and place your order. Compare the model number and package details with your project needs so you can select the right configuration for your worksite. For repeatable results, measure carefully, verify fence alignment before each cut, and test settings on scrap material before cutting stock for your project.
